You are using GMB Zoom to track and accelerate your Google Maps rankings. We built this software to solve our own rank tracking blind spots. Now you get to use it. By accessing gmbzoom.com and our proprietary tracking dashboard, you agree to the rules outlined below. We wrote these terms in plain English. We hate legal jargon as much as you do.
Read this document carefully. It dictates how you can use our platform, who owns the data, and where our responsibility ends. If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account.
What We Provide and What We Do Not Guarantee
GMB Zoom is a software as a service platform designed to track Google Business Profile visibility across specific geographic grids. We give you high resolution tracking data. We do not provide a magic bullet for local SEO.
We provide the data. You execute the strategy.
We absolutely do not guarantee number one rankings in the map pack. Google controls the search engine results page. Proximity signals shift based on user location. Competitors build better local citations. Review velocity fluctuates. We give you the exact coordinates of your current visibility. What you do with that data is entirely up to you.
Accuracy of Ranking Data
Local SEO is highly volatile. A search conducted from a mobile device on Main Street will yield different map pack results than a search conducted three blocks away on Elm Street. Our software simulates these searches across a defined grid to give you an accurate average of your visibility.
You understand that ranking data is a snapshot in time. Google updates their layout. Algorithm updates roll out without warning. We work fast to adapt our scrapers to these changes. You accept that minor discrepancies between our grid reports and a live manual search will occasionally happen due to Google testing different layouts.
Google Business Profile Suspensions
This is a critical point for local SEO practitioners. If your Google Business Profile gets suspended, that is strictly between you and Google. We are not responsible for your profile health.
We see business owners make the same mistakes constantly. You add exact match keywords to your business name. You use a residential address for a storefront listing. You create duplicate listings to blanket a city. When Google catches these guideline violations, they issue a hard suspension. Your profile drops from the map pack instantly.
You cannot blame our tracking software for your manual actions. We are the thermometer. We do not control the weather.
Account Usage and API Limits
You need an active account to run grid reports. Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Our system pulls heavy data to generate those visual ranking grids. Server load is a real operational cost. We enforce strict rate limits based on your subscription tier. Do not attempt to bypass these limits.
If you run automated scrapers against our dashboard, we will ban your IP address. We will delete your account. Zero exceptions.
Account sharing is strictly prohibited. If you run an agency with multiple team members, you must upgrade to an agency plan that includes sub accounts. We monitor login locations and concurrent sessions. We will lock accounts that show clear signs of credential sharing.
Intellectual Property and Data Ownership
The code, the dashboard user interface, and our proprietary grid rendering logic belong entirely to GMB Zoom. You cannot copy, reverse engineer, or resell our software architecture.
You own your specific ranking data. When you generate a grid report for an HVAC contractor in Phoenix, that data belongs to you. You can download the PDF. You can white label the report with your own agency logo. You can send it to your clients. We claim no ownership over the specific reports you generate for your local SEO campaigns.
Payment Terms and Refunds
Subscriptions bill on a monthly or annual cycle. You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal inside your dashboard. Cancellation stops the next recurring charge. You will retain access to your account until the end of your current billing cycle.
We offer a strict seven day refund window for new accounts. If you test the software and decide it does not fit your workflow, email our support team within the first seven days for a full refund. After that initial window closes, we do not issue refunds. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time. You pay for the server load you consume.
Limitation of Liability
We run on heavy server infrastructure to process thousands of location pings every minute. Sometimes things break. APIs change. Servers experience downtime. We work aggressively to fix these blind spots and restore service.
If our dashboard goes down for maintenance and you miss a client reporting deadline, we are not financially responsible for your lost retainer. GMB Zoom and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our software. You use this tool at your own risk. Use it as a compass, not a crutch.
Affiliate Links and Third Party Tools
We occasionally recommend citation builders, proxy networks, or review management software on our blog. We only recommend tools we actually deploy in our own local SEO campaigns. We earn a commission if you purchase through our affiliate links. This does not increase your purchase price. You are never obligated to use the tools we recommend.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes regarding your use of GMB Zoom will be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to this jurisdiction by creating an account.
Changes to These Terms
We update this page when we ship major new features, change our billing providers, or adjust our API limits. We will notify active users via email when significant changes occur. Your continued use of the software after an update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Check this page occasionally to stay informed.
